Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans may begin with a discounted trial period (e.g. $9 for 9 days). You can cancel during the trial to avoid recurring charges.
• After the trial, your card will be charged the plan price you selected. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent rate limits.

AI-generated content

The service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate results and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any recommendations before acting on them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
